The Challenge
Urban Wear was relying heavily on Facebook static images which were suffering from ad fatigue. ROAS dropped to 1.8x, making profitability difficult.
The Solution
We launched a creator operational system, sourcing 20+ UGC assets per month. We tested these assets rapidly using dynamic creative testing (DCT) on Meta and Spark Ads on TikTok.
